                                                                      How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email a.place.to.dress.strangers@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Tracking Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original purchase receipt or copy invoice.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Please contact us before returning any item.

Merchandise that has been used, marked, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your returned item/s is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product in our site and to an equivalent value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

 Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. A P T D S is not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
